Toby visits the Lazy 5 Ranch in NC!

Toby went with the church group today to visit the Lazy 5 Ranch in North Carolina. Here Grandma took his picture next to the camels. No, Toby you can't ride those! He had a great time and loves feeding all the unusual animals. He loves all of them and they come right up to eat out of your hands!

Maw-Maw's 88th Birthday Party

Sept. 20th was Maw-Maw's (Trey's Dad's mother) 88th Birthday and we had cake and ice cream to celebrate with her at the assisted living home. We had a great time and she asked to hold Lukas (cute...she said, "let me hold it")! Which makes all of us chuckle! There isn't any use in telling her which Great-Grand Child she is holding because she probably can't see who it is anyway. We all just smile and are thankful for the 88 years she has been with us and hope to be there to celebrate again next year. Happy Birthday Maw-Maw...see you next year for 89!

Lukas and Mom

Saturday night (Sept. 20th) we took this. I told Trey I didn't have any recent pictures of me with Lukas and here it is. So I thought I'd add it. Got to see where Lukas gets some of his good looks! LOL! Hopefully he gets a few more of my traits than Toby did...since all Toby got was my lack of PATIENCE! Lukas doing the ROCK then Crawl!

It won't be long now...he is up on all 4's doing the "rock" trying to get going to crawl. He is trying so hard until he gets mad and then just falls out. He spends a lot of time on his tummy and would rather be on his tummy when you put him on the floor. I think soon it will be him crawling all over and us trying not to step on him. He is really strong so I think he'll crawl and then shortly after that he'll be walking! I hope so because this boy is HEAVY!

Every morning before school starts Toby goes in and plays with Lukas before he leaves. Here is Toby rolling around on the floor with Lukas. They get along so well and Lukas really loves it when Toby plays with him...his face just lights up! We all think they look more and more like each other every day! Aren't they cute?

YUM! Look at Lukas eating cereal for dinner. Hey Dad, how about trying to get some of it in his mouth? He does pretty well, as you can see, it isn't like the kid is missing meals! He is not to far from crawling so look out he'll be running around soon!

Venom Toby

Auntie Cher got Toby a BUNCH of stuff for his Birthday and when he got it out of the packages he was all over this venom spiderman with Web-shooter! He had a blast shooting everyone with web...including mom...who had web even in her hair! We had a great time even though the spider web can didn't last but about 5 minutes. Thanks AUNT CHER AND UNCLE STEVE! :) We are now trying to get him to wear this mask with his black spidey costume but he says he wants to be the "good" spiderman for Halloween! We'll see because he changes his mind daily!
